§ 10-9.1-10 Innocence protection –Definitions. – (a) "DNA Testing" means forensic deoxyribonucleic acid testing.
(b) "Agent" means a firm, person or corporation to whom theRhode Island state police or local municipal police department entrusts ordelivers evidence to undergo DNA testing.
