SECTION 10-9-10

   § 10-9-10  Body brought with return orstatement. – The person who makes the return or statement shall, at the same time, bring thebody of the party, if in his or her custody or power or under his or herrestraint, according to the command of the writ, unless prevented by thesickness or infirmity of the party.
