SECTION 10-9-13

   § 10-9-13  Failure of officer to delivercopy of process by which prisoner held. – Every officer who shall refuse or neglect, for six (6) hours, to deliver a truecopy of the warrant or process, by which he or she detains any prisoner, to anyperson who shall demand such copy and tender the fees therefor, shall forfeitand pay to the prisoner the sum of one hundred dollars ($100).
