SECTION 10-9-19

   § 10-9-19  Admission to bail. – If the party is detained for any cause or offense for which he or she isbailable of right, he or she shall be admitted to bail if sufficient bail beoffered, and if not, he or she shall be remanded with an order of the courtexpressing the sum in which he or she shall be held to bail, and the court atwhich he or she shall be required to appear, and any person authorized theretomay, at any time before the sitting of the court, bail the party pursuant tothe order.
