SECTION 10-9-20

   § 10-9-20  Order as to bail when personheld on civil mesne process. – If the party is committed on mesne process in any civil action for want of bailand if it shall appear that the sum for which bail is required is excessive andunreasonable, the court shall decide what bail is reasonable and shall orderthat on giving reasonable bail the party shall be discharged.
