SECTION 11-13-2

   § 11-13-2  Limitation of prosecutions– Fines. – No complaint for a violation of any of the provisions of § 11-13-1 shallbe sustained unless it shall be brought within thirty (30) days after thecommission of the offense, and all fines for such violation shall enureone-half ( 1/2) to the complainant and one-half ( 1/2) to the state.
