§ 11-18-13 Deception in sale of fuels andlubricants. – It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, to store, sell,expose for sale, or offer for sale, any liquid fuels, lubricating oils, orother similar products, in any manner whatsoever, so as to deceive or tend todeceive the purchaser as to the nature, quality, and identity, of the productso sold or offered for sale.
