SECTION 11-18-17

   § 11-18-17  Delivery of fuels andlubricants into container bearing false trade name. – It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, to aid or assist anyother person, firm, or corporation, in the violation of §§ 11-18-13– 11-18-16 by depositing or delivering into any tank, receptacle, or othercontainer, any other liquid fuels, lubricating oils, or like products, thanthose intended to be stored in and distributed from it, as indicated by thename of the manufacturer or distributor or the trademark or trade name of theproduct displayed on the container itself, or on the pump or other distributingdevice used in connection with it.
