SECTION 11-18-24
§ 11-18-24 Penalty for serial numberviolations. – Every person convicted of a misdemeanor for the violation of any provision of§ 11-18-23 shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundreddollars ($500), or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or by both fineand imprisonment.
