SECTION 11-18-3

   § 11-18-3  Fraudulent notice to newspaperof birth, marriage, or death. – Every person who shall willfully send to the publishers of any newspaper, forthe purpose of publication, a fraudulent notice of the birth of a child or ofthe marriage of any persons or of the death of any person, shall be fined notexceeding one hundred dollars ($100).
