SECTION 11-19-12

   § 11-19-12  Penalty for stamp and couponviolations. – Whoever shall violate any provision of §§ 11-19-9 – 11-19-11shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and for each offense shall be punished by afine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundreddollars ($500), or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three (3) months.
