§ 11-19-2 - Unauthorized sale of lottery tickets.
SECTION 11-19-2
§ 11-19-2 Unauthorized sale of lotterytickets. – Every person not authorized by the Rhode Island state police who shall sell orexpose to sale any ticket, or certificate in the nature of a ticket, or sharein any ticket or certificate in the nature of a ticket, in any lottery set upwithin or without this state, shall be fined for every such ticket, certificateor share of the ticket or certificate by that person sold or exposed to salenot exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00).
