SECTION 11-19-26

   § 11-19-26  Destruction of apparatusseized. – Upon final judgment of forfeiture of implements or apparatus pursuant to §11-19-24, either in the original or appellate court, or upon forfeiture of therecognizance given by the claimant to prosecute his or her appeal according tolaw, the court shall order in writing those implements and apparatus to bedestroyed by any officer authorized to serve the criminal process of the court,which officer shall make return of his or her doings upon the order to thecourt as in other cases.
