SECTION 11-19-28

   § 11-19-28  Fees for seizure and removal ofgambling apparatus. – In addition to the fees allowed by law, the officer who shall serve any warrantfor the seizure of any gambling implements or apparatus under the provisions ofthis chapter shall be allowed the sum of one dollar ($1.00), and for theremoving of any gambling implements or apparatus so seized to a place ofsafety, one dollar ($1.00) and all necessary expenses incurred in removal.These fees shall be included in the bill of costs and taxed by the court.
