SECTION 11-19-3
§ 11-19-3 Instruments given for lotterytickets void. – All notes, obligations, securities, or promises whatsoever, given for thepurchase of any lottery ticket or certificate, lottery policy, or of anydocument or paper taken or received for the purpose of enabling others to sellor dispose of lottery tickets or lottery policies, shall be null and void.
