SECTION 11-19-45

   § 11-19-45  Severability. – If any section of this chapter or its application to any person or circumstanceis held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of thechapter and the application of the section to other persons or circumstancesshall not be affected. The invalidity or unconstitutionality of any section orsections or part of any section or sections of this chapter shall not affectthe validity of the remainder of this chapter and to this end the sections ofthis chapter are severable.
