SECTION 11-19-6

   § 11-19-6  Possession of policy devices asevidence of knowledge. – The possession, by any person not authorized by the Rhode Island state policeother than a public official in the course of his or her duty, of any bill,slip, certificate, token, or other device, or article of any kind such as isused in carrying on, promoting, or playing the game commonly known aslottery-policy or policy, shall be presumptive evidence of possession of thatitem knowingly and in violation of § 11-19-5.
