§ 11-22-15 - Wire strung across highways.
SECTION 11-22-15
§ 11-22-15 Wire strung across highways.– No wire shall be strung across a highway less than fourteen (14) feet above thesurface of the highway. Any person violating the provisions of this sectionshall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be finednot less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars($500).
