SECTION 11-24-1

   § 11-24-1  All persons entitled to full andequal accommodations. – All persons within the jurisdiction of this state shall be entitled to the fulland equal accommodations, advantages, facilities, and privileges of any placeof public accommodation, resort or amusement, subject only to the conditionsand limitations established by law and applicable alike to all persons.
