§ 11-25-10 Conveyance of intoxicants toprisoner. – Every person who shall convey or cause to be conveyed to any prisoner committedto the adult correctional institutions any wine or strong liquor, without theconsent of the warden, shall be fined not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00).
