§ 11-26-2 - Kidnapping with intent to extort.
SECTION 11-26-2
§ 11-26-2 Kidnapping with intent toextort. – Whoever commits any of the offenses mentioned in this chapter with intent toextort money or other valuable thing shall be guilty of a felony, and, uponconviction, shall be punished by imprisonment for life or for any term not lessthan five (5) years.
