SECTION 11-30-13

   § 11-30-13  Burning of decaying and wastesubstances. – No owner, lessee, or occupant of any land used or suffered to be used as adumping ground shall burn or suffer to be burned on it, and no other personshall ignite or burn on it, any refuse or decaying animal, fish or vegetablesubstances, or any waste materials or substances of any kind, in any mannerthat the burning shall be a nuisance to any person or persons owning oroccupying any adjoining or neighboring land. Any person who shall violate anyof the provisions of this section shall be fined not exceeding twenty dollars($20.00) for each offense.
