SECTION 11-33-7
§ 11-33-7 Perjury or false swearing –Child support. – Every person who shall violate any provision of this chapter in any case orcontroversy involving the abandonment or nonsupport of a child pending beforethe family court or any other tribunal or agency of competent jurisdictionshall be guilty of a felony and shall be imprisoned for a term not to exceedtwenty (20) years.
