SECTION 11-34.1-8

   § 11-34.1-8  Venue of pandering orpermitting prostitution prosecutions. – It shall not be a defense to any prosecution of any of the offenses describedin this chapter that the offense or any part of the offense shall have beencommitted outside the state, and any offense described in this chapter may bealleged to have been committed. The offender may be prosecuted and punished inany county in which the offender or the person upon or against whom the offensewas committed may be found, or in which the offense was consummated, or inwhich any overt acts in furtherance of the offenses shall have been committed.
