SECTION 11-34.1-9

   § 11-34.1-9  Spouse as witness in panderingor permitting prostitution. – In any prosecution for any offense under this chapter, any person shall be acompetent witness against the offender in relation to any offense committed bythe offender upon or against him or her, or by the offender against or uponanother person or persons in his or her presence, notwithstanding that personmay have been married to the offender before or after the commission of theoffense, and notwithstanding that person may be called as witness during theexistence of the marriage or after its dissolution.
