SECTION 11-35.1-3

   § 11-35.1-3  Civil actions. – Any person aggrieved by acts constituting a violation of § 11-35.1-2 maybring a civil action in the superior court for the judicial district where theviolation occurred for relief including a temporary or permanent injunction anddamages. In addition to any other relief, the court may, in its discretion,award costs and reasonable attorney's fee.
