SECTION 11-35-23

   § 11-35-23  Failure to report to lawenforcement officers. – An employee of any communication common carrier who has knowledge obtainedduring the course of that employment of any violation of this chapter andwillfully fails to report that knowledge within seven (7) days to the attorneygeneral shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for notmore than one year, or by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500),or both.
