§ 11-35-28 - Trespassing on utility right-of-way.

SECTION 11-35-28

   § 11-35-28  Trespassing on utilityright-of-way. – Every person who, without right, knowingly makes attachments to, or disposeson, the facilities or the rights-of-way of any electric, gas, telephone, orwater utility, shall be subject to a fine of not more than two hundred fiftydollars ($250) per incident, plus the cost of repair of the facility orright-of-way from the action. The fine shall be payable to the general fund ofthe municipality where the incident occurred.
