SECTION 11-35-3
§ 11-35-3 Penalty for violating§§ 11-35-1, 11-35-2. – Every person who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 11-35-1and 11-35-2 shall be fined not exceeding twenty dollars ($20.00) or beimprisoned not exceeding three (3) months.
