SECTION 11-36-11

   § 11-36-11  Unauthorized presence onlocomotive or freight train. – Every person who shall without right attach himself or herself to or shall bein or upon any locomotive, locomotive tender, freight car, or freight trainupon any railroad track shall be fined not more than twenty dollars ($20.00),or be imprisoned not more than ten (10) days, or both. Any person violatingthis section may be arrested without a warrant by any police officer, or anyrailroad police officer, and proceeded against according to law.
