§ 11-36-13 - Tampering with railroad switches.
SECTION 11-36-13
§ 11-36-13 Tampering with railroadswitches. – Whoever unlawfully removes, turns, destroys, or tampers with any railroadswitch or in any way interferes with the proper working of a switch shall bepunished by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or byimprisonment not exceeding three (3) years, or both.
