§ 11-37.1-17 Immunity for good faithconduct. – Any person who performs any act or fails to perform any act pursuant to thischapter shall have good faith immunity from any liability, civil or criminal,that might be incurred as a result of the performance of or the failure toperform any act pursuant to this chapter.
