§ 11-37-3.3 - Failure to report – Penalty.
SECTION 11-37-3.3
§ 11-37-3.3 Failure to report –Penalty. – Any person who knowingly fails to report a sexual assault or attempted sexualassault as required under § 11-37-3.1 shall be guilty of a misdemeanorand, upon conviction, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than oneyear, or fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500), or both.
