§ 11-37-3.5 Duty to report sexualmisconduct conviction. – If a public school teacher or employee is convicted of a new violation of thischapter, the chief of police of the arresting department shall notify theappropriate school district, superintendent of schools, the department ofpublic safety, and the commissioner of elementary and secondary education.
