SECTION 11-41-23

   § 11-41-23  Larceny of marine equipment.– Every person who shall steal or attempt to steal any boat, marine motor, marineelectronic equipment, marine rescue or safety equipment, or navigationalequipment, or who shall fraudulently receive any boat, marine motor, marineelectronic equipment, marine safety or navigation equipment, or marineequipment with serial numbers removed, shall be punished by imprisonment fornot less than one year nor more than ten (10) years, or by a fine of not morethan one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both.
