SECTION 11-41-9

   § 11-41-9  Theft of poultry –Receiving stolen poultry. – Every person who steals poultry from any building or enclosure in which poultryare kept or confined, or whoever shall receive poultry, knowing it to have beenstolen, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than one year or by fineof not more than five hundred dollars ($500), or by both. One-half ( 1/2) ofany fine imposed under this section shall inure to the complainant.
