SECTION 11-44-10

   § 11-44-10  Injurious substances on baitingplaces. – Every person who shall strew or place any powder or brimstone or othersulfurous substance upon any baiting place not his or her own property, orshall burn upon that place any of those substances saturated with tar orturpentine, shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more thantwenty dollars ($20.00).
