SECTION 11-44-12.1

   § 11-44-12.1  Damage to instrumentality ofpublic transportation. – Every person who shall willfully cut or deface or otherwise injure anyinstrumentality of public transportation managed by or belonging to a publiccorporation shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or by imprisonment notexceeding thirty (30) days, or both.
