§ 11-44-19 Deposit of debris on Middletownbeaches. – Every person who shall deposit or leave on any beach in the town of Middletown,any dead animal, offal, filth, rubbish, waste, or refuse matter, shall be finedtwenty dollars ($20.00) for every offense.
