SECTION 11-44-22

   § 11-44-22  Throwing articles at movingvehicles. – Every person who shall willfully throw, shoot, or in any other manner propel asnowball or any other object at any moving motor or other vehicle in use uponthe roads or highways of this state shall, upon conviction, be punished by afine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500), or by imprisonment notexceeding one year, or both.
