SECTION 11-44-23

   § 11-44-23  Throwing objects at policeofficer, firefighter or police or fire vehicles. – Every person who shall willfully throw, shoot, or in any other manner propel arock or any other object at any police officer, firefighter, or any police orfire vehicle, whether moving or not, shall, upon conviction, be punished by afine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment not exceedingone year, or both.
