SECTION 11-47-12

   § 11-47-12  License or permit fee. –A fee of forty dollars ($40.00) shall be charged and shall be paid for eachlicense or permit to the licensing authority issuing it. Every license orpermit shall be valid for four (4) years from the date when issued unlesssooner revoked. The fee charged for issuing of the license or permit shall beapplied for the use and benefit of the city, town, or state of Rhode Island.
