SECTION 11-47-14
§ 11-47-14 Licenses and permits to banksand carriers. – The attorney general may issue a license or permit to any banking institutiondoing business in this state or to any public carrier who is in the business oftransporting mail, money, securities, or other valuables, to possess and usemachine guns under any regulations that the attorney general may prescribe.
