SECTION 11-47-21

   § 11-47-21  Restrictions on possession orcarrying of explosives or noxious substances. – Any person, except a member of the state police, the sheriff or the sheriff 'sdeputies, a member of the police force of any city or town, or a member of theArmy, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps of the United States, or of the NationalGuard or organized reserves when on duty, who possesses, or carries on or abouthis or her person or in a vehicle, a bomb or bombshell, except for blasting orother commercial use, or who, with intent to use it unlawfully against theperson or property of another, possesses or carries any explosive substance, orany noxious liquid, gas, or substance, shall be guilty of a violation of thischapter and punished as provided in § 11-47-26.
