SECTION 11-47-29

   § 11-47-29  Certification of conviction ofalien. – In the case of the conviction under §§ 11-47-1 – 11-47-34 of aperson who is not a citizen of the United States, it shall be the duty of theclerk of the court in which conviction is secured to certify the fact of theconviction to the proper officer of the United States government havingsupervision of the deportation of aliens.
