SECTION 11-47-35.3

   § 11-47-35.3  Annual report on applicationprocess administration. – The attorney general shall provide the judiciary committees of the senate andhouse of representatives an annual report including the number of applicationsmade pursuant to this section for the prior calendar year. The report shallinclude, but not be limited to, the number of applications received fromsellers, the number of applications resulting in a determination that thepotential buyer or transferee was prohibited from receipt or possession of afirearm pursuant to Rhode Island or federal law, the estimated costs ofadministering this chapter, and the number of instances in which a personrequests amendment of the record pertaining to the person pursuant to§§ 11-47-35 and 11-47-35.2.
