§ 11-47-49.1 - Firing in Blackstone Valley Flood Plain prohibited. - Rhode Island Statutes

SECTION 11-47-49.1

   § 11-47-49.1  Firing in Blackstone ValleyFlood Plain prohibited. – Every person who shall hunt or discharge any firearm within the BlackstoneValley Flood Plains or Marshes, also known as the "Valley Marshes," shall besubject to:

   (1) A fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor morethan five hundred dollars ($500) for the first offense;

   (2) A fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) normore than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment for sixty (60) days, orboth, for the second offense; and

   (3) For any subsequent offense a fine of not less than onehundred fifty dollars ($150) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), orimprisonment for ninety (90) days, or both.
