SECTION 11-47-54

   § 11-47-54  Licensing of shootinggalleries. – Every person who shall keep any pistol gallery, rifle gallery, or otherbuilding or other enclosure in any city or town of this state where firearmsare used without a license from the duly constituted licensing authority of thecity or town shall, upon conviction, be fined two hundred dollars ($200) forthe first offense, and five hundred dollars ($500) for each subsequent offense;provided, that the provisions of this section shall not apply to organizationsthat receive arms and ammunition from the United States or this state.
