SECTION 11-48-2

   § 11-48-2  Sale, possession, and use.– No person shall intentionally smell or inhale the fumes of any substance havingthe property of releasing toxic vapors for the purpose of causing a conditionof intoxication, euphoria, excitement, exhilaration, stupefaction, or dulledsenses or nervous system, nor possess, buy, or sell any substance for thepurpose of violating or aiding another to violate this chapter; provided, thatthis chapter shall not apply to the inhalation of anesthesia for medical ordental purposes.
