§ 11-49-10 - Penalties.
SECTION 11-49-10
§ 11-49-10 Penalties. – (a) A person who is subject to the penalties of this subsection shall be finednot more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or imprisoned not more than oneyear, or both.
(b) A person who is subject to the penalties of thissubsection shall be fined not more than three thousand dollars ($3,000), orimprisoned not more than three (3) years, or both.
